Recipe of the Week - Lavender Shortbread Cookies

Each week I share a simple recipe that's cheap and easy to make. These cookies scream cottagecore and country living!

Lavender Shortbread Cookies

A delicate floral treat for tea time.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter

• ½ cup sugar

• 2 cups flour

• 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugar together.

2. Mix in flour and lavender until a dough forms.

3. Roll out and cut into shapes.

4. Bake at 325°F for 15–20 minutes.
